New Year still going

well.... so.. I fell off the wagon sorta.. :( I gained back up to 206! YUCK, but I'm back on track! I haven't started counting points yet, I'm just starting slowly getting back in the groove. I just got back from a jog/walk 1.5 miles yay me! and I'm trying to eat sensibly. I do not have a current subscription to Weight Watchers because I want to try it on my own. I know what I need to do and how to do it. SO here we go.. again..

I really want to do this not just to be healthy but to be stronger and awesome! My aunt is flying me down to visit and I'm looking forward to hitting up the Good Wills for designer clothes! YES they have them I've seen abercrombie/ hollister/ AE/ Aero/ Victoria's secret all at Good Will and hella cheep! like 6 bucks for jeans! only problem.. I'm too fat right now to wear any of it.. so my goal is a size 12.. in 2 months... from a size 16..... I'm optimistic! And I'm ready!

Week 6

I am sooo glad that I had a loss this week.. A big one at that! I lost over 6lbs since last week! My current weight is now 197.0 I am out of the 200s and into Onederland! YAY Im really proud of myself for sticking to it.. But now comes another challenge.. my points have decreased from 32 to 31.. which doesn't seem like that big of a difference, but i do have to change up my diet a bit. after breakfast and lunch today I will have 7 points left for snack and dinner :/ not that exciting.. But im going to stay positive and keep myself focused on the end goal which is to lose weight right!? This next week I'm aiming for a loss of 2lbs! and Ill take pictures too and if they show a big difference I might post them on youtube in a video or something

Week 5 weigh in

Gain of .4 lbs... GAH I think i may just be starting my period and hopefully thats what this is.. which is okay because that means that next weeks weigh in should be huge! right? I'm sticking to my points this week.. going to try to ride my bike to school as much as possible. not much to report this week oh wait.. it was Halloween so that probably didn't help.. I've had WAY to much candy only like 1-2 a day without counting though.. so thats like 7-14 in a week! OF CANDY! and I had Panda express, but i counted it into my points so that shouldn't be too bad.. heres to another day of counting points :)

week 4?

Well... since being back from California I was down! YAY but im finding it hard to stick on plan.. Its hard for me to use my point tracker.. When I got home today I planed on having split pea soup and a baked potato skin.. I put it into my point tracker and I dont have enough points for the potato skin :( I thought that I would.. im sad cuz i really want the potato skin and that I thought that was enough points.. Im obviously not a good judge of points.. yet.. but i must say my before picture compared to my now.. its amazing!

week 4 weigh in

This past week Wednesday-Saturday I had to drive down to California and visit my Aunt. Well, on the way down we knew we had food goal.. and not good food goals im taking In-and-Out and Del Taco. We dont have them in Oregon so we had to get our fill... I had 3 fish tacos from Del Taco! not good I think they were like 6-8 points each maybe more. That was on the way down.. We even tried to be good by eating beef jerky and nutragrain bars etc. For dinner once we stopped on the way down we had Denny's and I had Biscuits and Gravy it was small and I was proud of myself for not eating the whole thing!!.. Fish tacos were breakfast the next day/ Lunch...  i ate 3!! they are soooooo good.. i had 2 together and then later i ate one. then we had Starbucks I had  an iced venti soy sugarfree carmel latte I dont know how many points that was but it was good.. then we had more beef jerky and In-and-Out I had a cheese burger and fries... and for dinner we had Panda Express I only ate about half of it.. and ate 1/2 of the left overs for breakfast the next day. and on the way home we had Togo's I had a LARGE pastrami on Parmesan bread i think it was 29 points! i only ate half for lunch and the other half later down the road with some starbucks (soy pumkinspice) and maybe some more beef jerky... So needless to day I was a very bad girl! bad bad..

BUT.... my total weight loss for the week is..... -1.6 pounds!!! So I lost weight! Total weight loss of 6.4lbs 203.0 my lowest was my first week at 202.6 So hopefully this week I can get past that point! Im so excited and proud of myself for not only not gaining, but losing 1.6lbs!!!

Just ramblings

So I need to head down to California today to visit my aunt and pick up furniture for my house YAY!

So today I skipped breakfast. I just rolled out of bed and headed to school. I ate a banana and had some chia tea with nonfat milk, only a little bit so 0points for breakfast!

Lunch Im eating a bunch of little things: wheat thins with Laughing cow cheese(4+2), String Cheese (2) Chocolate milk(5), chex mix (3) and Beef Jerky(4)

So i feel like im stuffing my face right now! that puts me at 20 points for the day and then Im left with 12 for the trip down

So far im thinking soup for 8 points and then some 4 point snack

EAT EAT EAT

I just wanted to post a blog of the foods that I've been eating. So here it goes...
Breakfast: one egg with 1/2 of a red potato and 1 piece of Jimmy Dean Sausage patty topped with shredded cheese- 7points

Today I had half a grilled cheese just one slice of white bread with one slice of fat free American cheese just 3 points. I didn't use butter i just toasted it in a non-stick pan yum! and I had Progresso Light Clam Chowder for 2 points. pretty good small lunch

went to work and had wheat thins 4points and 2 Laughing Cow light garlic and Herb wedges for 1 point! Yes 2 for 1point!

Then I had a banana and beef Jerky on my break! for 4points! yum

Dinner: we had salad with tomato and black olives with an Italian dressing and croutons! 3 points!
and then I had a chicken thigh with whole wheat pasta and parmasean 8 points roughly maybe 9 for the cheese

totaly=32-33 points.. not to bad.. except that i cheated again! I snuck a cheddar hot dog and I had a sample of pumpkin spice latte at work... I really need to work on that! This is why not only do I not lose weight, but I GAIN!!
